About the role
We are seeking a technical leader passionate about industrial automation, control systems, and energy‑efficient digital solutions to head our automation engineering team.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the automation team in scoping, programming, and testing systems across major vendor platforms such as Schneider, ABB, LSE, and AREAL.
- Oversee PLC, HMI, SCADA, EMS, BMS, and conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
- Manage project lifecycles from installation through testing & commissioning, including ATS Energy Lab initiatives.
- Partner with business development to present custom control solutions, provide post‑implementation support, and conduct audits.
Required profile
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Automation Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Deep expertise in PLC, SCADA, HMI, and BMS/EMS integration across multi‑vendor hardware.
- Strong leadership, project management, and client‑facing communication skills.
