Procurement & Tender Assistant

About the role

The Procurement & Tender Assistant will support the sourcing and tendering process for a water purification business, ensuring accurate pricing and compliance with technical specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing material prices from local and overseas suppliers.
• Reviewing specifications in bidding documents and coordinating with engineering.
• Requesting quotations based on technical specifications.
• Gathering pricing and cost data and submitting it for evaluation.
• Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Graduated in Engineering or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Basic knowledge of electrical equipment, engineering products, spare parts and accessories.
• Flexible, adaptable, punctual and able to work under pressure.
• Capable of working with minimal guidance.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
