Engineering & Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an Engineering & Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance function at Sika Cambodia’s manufacturing plant. The role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, supporting production engineering, managing facilities and supervising a team of technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for mortar mixing, liquid dosing and automatic filling equipment to minimise downtime.
• Provide day‑to‑day technical support to production and quality teams, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and basic PLC issues, and assist with new equipment installation.
• Oversee maintenance of the factory building, utilities and office infrastructure, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and external contractors, assign tasks, coach staff and enforce safety standards such as LOTO and PPE.
• Manage spare‑parts inventory, control maintenance costs and support continuous‑improvement initiatives like 5S, Lean and TPM.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, preferably with mixing or filling systems; supervisory experience preferred.

Required skills

• Mechanical systems (motors, pumps, conveyors).
• Electrical systems (basic troubleshooting).
• Filling machines (semi‑automatic or automatic).
• Basic PLC knowledge.
