Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to build and grow U.N.I.X’s brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms. The role focuses on creating compelling visual and written content that reflects our creative studio’s identity and engages our audience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a monthly content calendar aligned with the company’s vision and projects.
• Create, schedule and publish posts, stories and short‑form videos on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and related channels.
• Write catchy captions, hooks and storytelling angles that convey brand values.
• Collaborate closely with designers, videographers and editors to ensure high‑quality, on‑trend visuals.
• Monitor comments, messages and community interactions to maintain an active brand presence.
• Track engagement, reach, impressions and follower growth, delivering simple monthly performance insights.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social‑media trends and propose fresh content ideas that keep the brand relevant.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience in social‑media content creation or marketing.
• Strong aesthetic sense, storytelling ability and understanding of brand consistency.
• Deep familiarity with Instagram, TikTok and current content trends.
• Excellent short‑form copywriting skills.
• Proven experience working with creative teams (design, video, editing).
