Payment Solutions Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and detail‑oriented Payment Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the review of merchant requirements and provide basic product consultation prior to integration. You will work closely with the Payment Solutions Manager and cross‑functional teams to ensure merchants receive accurate guidance, product recommendations, and a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review merchant requirements and business needs.
• Analyze merchant use cases and recommend suitable BillZone solutions.
• Support merchant onboarding and implementation activities.
• Coordinate with technical teams regarding integration and operational requirements.
• Create and maintain BillZone product documentation, FAQs, user guides, and release notes.
• Prepare internal communication and training materials.
• Develop product messaging, value propositions, and merchant communications.
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and product launches.
• Track communication action items and project deliverables.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, IT, Media, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, product communication, digital product support, or related roles.
• Experience in banking, fintech, payment solutions, or digital products is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Khmer and English.
• Content writing, documentation, and presentation preparation abilities.
• Basic project coordination and stakeholder management experience.
• Familiarity with social media and digital marketing concepts is a plus.
