National Multimedia Specialist Consultant – Communication (7 months)

About the role

UNICEF Cambodia is looking for a National Multimedia Specialist Consultant to support its communication, advocacy and resource‑mobilisation priorities for a 7‑month assignment. The consultant will create high‑quality visual and multimedia content that amplifies children’s voices, showcases programme impact and strengthens digital engagement across social and traditional media.

Key responsibilities

• Produce photography, videography, digital storytelling, social‑media posts, publications, campaign materials and branded assets.
• Develop and manage multimedia assets and digital archives, ensuring consistency with UNICEF branding and child‑safeguarding standards.
• Support fundraising and partnership communication by creating content that highlights results and encourages public engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, multimedia design, visual arts or a related field.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in multimedia production, graphic design, photography or videography, with a portfolio of relevant work.
• Fluency in Khmer and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency with DSLR and professional video cameras.
• Advanced use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) on Mac or PC.
• Experience in website content management and social‑media content creation.
