Service Center Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Service Center Supervisor to manage the end‑to‑end handling of inbound and outbound shipments, ensure accurate paperwork, and lead a high‑performance logistics team.

Key responsibilities

• Organise shift schedules and appropriate staffing levels to meet daily business requirements and ensure coverage across all operational periods.
• Oversee receipt, break‑bulk processing, inspection and clearance of incoming shipments, ensuring the quickest and most efficient handling.
• Manage outbound shipment preparation, including accurate sorting, optimal loading and coordination to guarantee timely departure and uplift.
• Monitor performance of ground handlers and warehouse providers, generate necessary reports and take corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify training needs, and foster a high‑performance service culture within the department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a service or logistics environment, with a focus on service quality.
• Fluent in spoken, written and reading English.
• Strong attention to detail, customer orientation and leadership abilities.
