Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for KH LAND and its subsidiary LUXE AUTO. You will manage everything from advertising vacancies to onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and preparation of offer letters.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and other channels, and track campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain daily reports on open positions, filled roles, resignations and received CVs.
• Record and monitor candidate data received via social media, email and messaging apps, reporting status to the page‑boosting team.
• Coordinate onboarding, training programs and probation‑period performance monitoring.
• Prepare monthly new‑joiner and leaver reports to support payroll closing.
• Organise staff activities such as birthday celebrations and employee gatherings to foster engagement.
• Identify and implement employer‑branding initiatives that showcase company culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of Human Resources experience in the construction industry.
• Friendly personality with a positive attitude.
