Senior Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring for KH LAND and its automotive subsidiary LUXE AUTO. You will own the full recruitment cycle from advertising vacancies to onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and preparation of new‑hire documentation.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and other digital channels.
• Issue offer letters and maintain accurate daily reports on open vacancies, filled positions, resignations and received CVs.
• Record and track candidate data received via social media, email and messaging platforms, and report CV receipt status to the page‑boosting team.
• Coordinate onboarding and training programs, monitor probation performance, and prepare monthly new‑joiner and leaver reports for payroll.
• Organise staff engagement activities such as birthday celebrations and employee gatherings to foster team cohesion.
• Identify and implement effective employer‑branding initiatives that showcase the company’s culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the construction industry.
• Friendly personality with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
