Senior Supply Planning Executive

About the role

Danone Specialized Nutrition Cambodia is looking for a Senior Supply Planning Executive to lead the end‑to‑end supply planning process. You will be responsible for creating the final supply plan, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely customs clearance across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate the final supply plan and allocate quantities to distributors using the Shipment Rolling file.
• Track ETD/ETA details to align with M+3 rolling purchase order commitments.
• Identify delivery risks by comparing cut‑off dates, distributor unloading capacity, and supply point loading capacity.
• Prepare and obtain signatures for all shipping documents (packing list, invoice, truck bill, Form D, certificate of origin) to support import and customs processes.
• Lead weekly calls with supply points (Indonesia, Thailand, New Zealand, Vietnam) to monitor shipment plans and flag risks.
• Negotiate unloading schedules with distributors and communicate any changes.
• Ensure end‑to‑end SAP process accuracy from sales order to physical stock unloading.
• Manage advance tax payments, coordinate DBS team for sales order blocking/release, and oversee quarterly logistics meetings.
• Update monthly logistics cost versus budget and maintain compliance documentation for internal and external audits.
• Create sales orders, purchase orders, and billing in line with timelines and update HS‑code master data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in demand or supply planning within a similar industry.
• Strong analytical and numerical calculation skills.
• Proficiency with SAP for supply chain processes.
