Senior Specialist, Enterprise Sales

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Specialist in Enterprise Sales to drive revenue growth and expand our presence across key provinces in Cambodia. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing strategic accounts, and delivering tailored solutions to senior decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed annual sales revenue targets through strategic lead generation and conversion.
• Identify, develop, and pursue new opportunities within existing and prospective enterprise accounts.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with senior executives in corporate clients.
• Conduct regular business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Deliver impactful sales presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, service terms, and contract agreements in line with company objectives.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, operations and support teams to deliver seamless solutions.
• Provide after‑sales support and drive continuous process improvements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to recommend growth strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of proven enterprise sales or business development experience, preferably in B2B, telecom or technology sectors.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing large accounts.
• Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder‑engagement skills at senior executive levels.
• Resilient, results‑oriented and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
