About the role
We are looking for luxury automobile enthusiasts to discreetly assess customer experiences for high‑end brands. As a Luxury Brand Evaluator you will visit boutiques, showrooms or evaluate online interactions, providing feedback that helps refine premium services. The role offers flexible, short‑duration assignments that can be completed on the go.
Key responsibilities
- Choose assignments that match your preferences and profile.
- Visit luxury stores or evaluate online experiences from home.
- Observe store ambience, showroom presentation, after‑sales service and overall customer journey.
- Provide honest feedback through our platform using structured questionnaires.
Required profile
- Good understanding of the automobile industry.
- Passionate about automobiles and improving customer service.
- Enjoy interacting with people and have a keen eye for discreet observation.
- Willingness to adapt to varying assignment types and industries.
- Ability to give unbiased, honest feedback promptly.
