Senior Specialist, Brand and Event

About the role

The Senior Specialist, Brand and Event will own citywide and national branding calendars and lead the execution of comprehensive 360° marketing and branding campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Own citywide and national branding calendars (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
• Lead execution of 360° marketing and branding campaigns, including OOH, BTL, content, KOL & influencer management, activations, and sponsorships.
• Plan and execute end‑to‑end activation and sponsorship workflows, staffing, and material planning.
• Evaluate sponsorship opportunities, develop proposal decks, benefit frameworks, and post‑campaign recap reports.
• Analyze campaign performance, derive insights, and recommend optimization actions.
• Manage POSM and merchandise production planning, quantity forecasting, timelines, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain brand asset inventory and ensure consistent brand application across all touchpoints.
• Track, monitor, and report budget utilization and efficiency against approved plans.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including marketing communications, creative, procurement, finance, operations, branches, and external partners.
• Prepare internal process documents, templates, stakeholder briefings, and post‑rollout evaluations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand, project management, campaign coordination or related roles.
• Solid understanding of branding and 360° marketing, including influencer/KOL management.
• Strong communication, coordination, execution skills and attention to detail.
