Content Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Content Marketing Specialist will drive daily creative content execution and digital campaign rollouts for PassApp. The role focuses on planning seasonal marketing moments, giveaways, online activations and producing engaging content across key digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars for Facebook, TikTok and in‑app communication channels, ensuring alignment with promotions, seasonal themes and brand messaging.
• Collaborate with design and creative teams to produce eye‑catching visuals, videos and infographics while adhering to PassApp’s brand tone and style guidelines.
• Monitor community conversations, respond to comments and identify trending content opportunities, while tracking competitor activity on social media.
• Support KOL and influencer coordination by briefing creators, reviewing content before publishing and generating platform‑native ideas for TikTok, Facebook Reels and short‑form videos.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media, digital content creation or campaign execution.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, current content trends and youth digital culture.
• Ability to write short, catchy copy and execute fast‑moving content plans.
• Experience working with KOLs or managing online activations is a plus.
