Event Supervisor

About the role

The Event Supervisor will lead the planning, organization, and execution of company events, ensuring they meet strategic objectives and deliver a high‑quality experience for attendees.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of event planning and execution, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with agencies, vendors, and suppliers to secure services and negotiate contracts.
• Lead promotional activities, manage on‑site operations, and supervise event staff such as coordinators and caterers.
• Monitor competitor activations, compile reports, and provide insights to management.
• Handle customer service inquiries before, during, and after events to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct post‑event analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and share market trends.
• Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and control financial performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in PR, marketing, hospitality management or related field (preferred).
• 3‑5 years of experience in event agencies, brewing industry or beverage distribution.
• Proven track record as an event lead with strong project‑management skills.
• Knowledge of beverage industry trends and consumer preferences.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and solve problems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities.
