Content Creator Intern

About the role

Join Red Ant Express as a Content Creator Intern and help shape the digital voice of our delivery and shopping platform. Based in Tuol Kouk, you will work full‑time on‑site with the marketing team to produce engaging social media posts, short videos, and visual assets that drive brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish digital content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Produce short videos, graphics, and visual assets using design tools.
• Draft basic copy in English and Khmer for posts and promotional materials.
• Assist in maintaining content calendars and gathering information from internal stakeholders.
• Adapt content for different channels while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
• Monitor engagement metrics, suggest improvements, and collaborate with team members to keep a consistent brand voice.

Required profile

• Studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong written and verbal communication in Khmer; basic English proficiency preferred.
• Quick learner, able to follow guidelines and work effectively in an on‑site team.
• Interest in e‑commerce, logistics, or technology‑driven services in Cambodia is a plus.
