Senior Quality Assurance Officer – Warehouse

About the role

The Senior Quality Assurance Officer will be based in the warehouse and will lead the QA activities for BVM’s partner stations across Cambodia. The role ensures product quality and quantity meet company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly quality and quantity assurance work plans.
• Lead the technical team to conduct inspections of partner stations in line with BVM’s QA policy.
• Coordinate with independent laboratories for regular product quality testing.
• Verify inspection results and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Provide technical assistance and advisory support to partner stations.
• Manage QA equipment, perform calibrations, verifications and functional checks.
• Investigate any product quality or quantity incidents transparently.
• Train and coach the technical team and other stakeholders on QA procedures.
• Produce and document QA reports and support stock‑control activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive) or QA management.
• Minimum 3 years of quality assurance experience; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of the oil or gas industry is advantageous.
• Experience in risk and uncertainty management.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight in provinces as needed.
• Familiarity with incident investigation methodologies.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Fast learning, critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
