Senior PR & Content Officer

About the role

The Senior PR & Content Officer will lead the creation and delivery of compelling content across the bank’s digital channels, enhancing brand visibility and supporting marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content plans for campaigns on owned digital platforms.
• Shoot video and capture photos to produce engaging social‑media assets.
• Write copy, key messages, press releases, and speeches for product launches, promotions, and events.
• Maintain and update website content to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Produce and assess content (text, images, video) for compliance with platform guidelines.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in content development.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communication, Digital, Marketing or related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in content writing, video shooting/editing, and digital design (fresh graduates welcome).
• Experience in PR and report writing is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and accuracy.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Good understanding of Cambodia’s economy, especially SMEs, is an asset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut and KineMaster.
