CRM Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a CRM Supervisor to shape Vespa’s premium lifestyle brand through customer‑centric CRM strategies and engagement frameworks. The role will define segmentation, develop long‑term engagement plans, and ensure all CRM activities reflect Vesma’s high‑end customer experience standards.

Key responsibilities

• Translate brand vision into CRM strategies, define customer personas, lifecycle stages, and support targeted engagement initiatives.
• Manage multichannel CRM campaigns (SMS, email, social, digital), ensure personalized communication, and integrate CRM with online marketing funnels.
• Support community‑building and owner‑program initiatives, collaborate with event teams, and track participation and engagement outcomes.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, develop loyalty, referral, and retention programs, and provide insights to sales and after‑sales teams.
• Assist with CRM budget planning, track performance KPIs (retention, repeat purchase, engagement, CLV), and prepare regular reports for management.
• Align CRM activities with sales processes, ensure lead assignment and conversion monitoring, and support sales teams with tools and training.
