Content Producer (Video Shooting, Editing & Publishing)

About the role

We are seeking a creative Content Producer to lead the full lifecycle of short‑form video production for our digital platforms. The role combines shooting, editing, publishing and performance optimisation across social media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit short‑form video content for company projects and commercial advertisements.
• Manage and grow social media accounts on Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, creating content calendars aligned with marketing milestones.
• Develop engaging, trend‑driven video concepts based on local market insights and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with scriptwriters and designers to refine video scripts, gather assets and enhance overall quality.
• Optimize video files for each platform to boost views, engagement and follower growth.
• Track performance metrics, adjust strategies and support basic copywriting and backend data reporting.
• Produce client‑facing commercial videos, ensuring high‑quality output and on‑time delivery.
• Stay current with short‑form video trends and continuously improve editing techniques.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher; experience in video editing or multimedia production is preferred.
• Strong aesthetic sense and familiarity with current online video trends.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Detail‑oriented, responsible and effective communicator within a team.
• Chinese language proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro (or Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve).
• Adobe After Effects (advantageous).
• Proficiency with video shooting equipment and editing workflows.
• Understanding of Facebook, TikTok and YouTube algorithms and distribution logic.
• Experience creating content for short‑form platforms.
