Senior Merchant Payment Support Officer

About the role

The Senior Merchant Payment Support Officer ensures accurate processing of merchant requests and provides essential support to branch operations within the bank’s Merchant Management System. This role focuses on data integrity, dispute resolution, and continuous improvement of merchant services.

Key responsibilities

• Verify merchant requests and update branch information in the Merchant Management System promptly and accurately.
• Maintain precise merchant data for reporting to managers and related teams.
• Support branch operations related to the Merchant Management System, assist with disputes, and deliver sustainable solutions.
• Oversee KHQR material printing for all branches, ensuring timely delivery of required materials to branches and clients.
• Drive cost‑saving, faster, and error‑free improvements to merchant services.
• Design and update documentation and training materials to enhance the Merchant Service training program.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service or related roles.
• At least 1 year of experience in banking or financial services.
• Proactive attitude with strong teamwork capabilities.
• Good understanding of bank systems and willingness to travel across the branch network.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, responsibility, and accountability.
