Senior Manager, Marketing Management

About the role

Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and activities that help our clients achieve their sales targets and build strong brand awareness. You will work closely with clients, external partners, and internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage departmental budgets and costs according to annual allocations.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies based on clients' business goals to meet annual sales targets.
• Identify, develop and launch new marketing opportunities to boost brand awareness and unique selling propositions.
• Manage the annual marketing budgeting process, ensuring activities stay within allocated advertising and promotion budgets.
• Recommend and enhance marketing plans as client strategies and market conditions evolve.
• Conduct performance review meetings with clients on strategy implementation and progress.
• Monitor ROI for marketing initiatives, evaluate effectiveness, and create action plans.
• Collaborate with clients and external third parties on marketing activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Identify new market segments and growth opportunities for existing markets.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage and oversee team delivery against set goals.
• Experience driving learning and development in brand management and corporate behaviors.
• Strong understanding of clients' industries, businesses, and products.
• Exceptional client management and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of marketing strategy, advertising, and promotion principles.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally to execute marketing initiatives.
• Respect for cultural sensitivities in cross‑country interactions.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proficient with office productivity tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
