Content Creator & Social Media Associate

About the role

We are looking for a creative and driven Content Creator & Social Media Associate to grow our brand’s presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and our website. The ideal candidate will tell compelling stories in both Khmer and English, and feel comfortable both in front of and behind the camera.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit video and photo content for all social platforms on a regular posting schedule.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of social accounts, including captions, hashtags, comments and direct messages.
• Create bilingual (Khmer/English) content tailored to each platform’s audience and format.
• Update and maintain website content (blog posts, media galleries, featured stories) in coordination with the web team.
• Develop content calendars and campaign ideas aligned with brand goals and seasonal promotions.
• Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, algorithm changes and emerging formats.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers or external agencies as needed.
• Respond to audience inquiries and manage community engagement professionally.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media accounts (portfolio required).
• Strong video shooting and editing skills.
• Fluent in Khmer and English, both spoken and written.
• Understanding of best practices and algorithms for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Creative storytelling mindset and ability to work independently under deadlines.
• Comfortable appearing on camera or coordinating on‑camera talent.
