Product Manager – FMCG Brand & Trade Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and results‑driven Product Manager to lead brand strategy, trade marketing and promotional planning for our premium food and beverage portfolio across Cambodia. You will work closely with suppliers, retailers and internal teams to strengthen brand positioning and drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage yearly and monthly marketing activity and budget plans.
• Build and execute brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and positioning.
• Lead and mentor marketing supervisors across grocery, beverage and biscuit categories.
• Design and manage promotional plans, trade marketing activities and in‑store activations.
• Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Monitor marketing expenses and ensure activities stay within budget.
• Oversee Advertising & Promotion documentation on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Manage distribution, merchandising planning and POSM placement according to planogram standards.
• Collaborate with Sales teams on space rental negotiations and in‑store display execution.
• Track and report on near‑expired stock to drive timely promotions or flash sales.
• Recommend new product opportunities based on market trends and supplier offerings.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of brand/product management, trade marketing and promotional planning.
• Proven leadership experience managing a team.
• Analytical mindset with ability to turn market data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent cross‑departmental collaboration and communication skills.
• Budget management experience with a results‑oriented approach.
