Senior Large Business Loan Officer

About the role

The Senior Large Business Loan Officer is responsible for acquiring, onboarding and managing large business loan clients, ensuring high‑quality lending through thorough credit analysis and relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow a portfolio of large business loan clients in line with credit policy.
• Collect and verify all required documentation, conduct credit investigations, site visits and collateral assessments.
• Prepare detailed credit appraisal reports and submit for approval.
• Execute loan contracts, arrange timely disbursements and monitor repayment performance.
• Conduct regular site visits and annual reviews to manage portfolio risk and ensure compliance with covenants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, banking, accounting or related field.
• Minimum two years of banking experience with a strong credit function track record.
• In‑depth knowledge of loan and credit risk management, branch operations and relevant regulations.
• Excellent sales, customer relationship and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
