Senior Specialist, Finance Transformation

About the role

The Senior Specialist, Finance Transformation will lead the redesign and automation of finance processes, drive system‑enabled workflow improvements, and strengthen governance across the finance function. This role partners with technology, risk, and business teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions that support growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assess end‑to‑end finance processes, identify bottlenecks and control gaps, and design streamlined, digitized workflows.
• Lead the implementation of scalable system‑enabled solutions, ensuring clear ownership, controls, and measurable outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, oversee solution design, testing, UAT, deployment and post‑implementation stabilization.
• Design and maintain finance governance standards, internal control frameworks, KPI dashboards and reporting mechanisms.
• Develop and execute the finance transformation roadmap, manage cross‑functional projects, and support change‑management, training and user adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in finance transformation, process improvement, digital finance or operational excellence, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Proven track record leading cross‑functional process redesign, automation or finance operating‑model transformation initiatives.
• Hands‑on experience across the system delivery lifecycle: requirements, design, UAT, implementation and stabilization.
• Demonstrated success delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, control effectiveness, risk reduction or cost optimisation.
• Experience collaborating with Finance, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit and external stakeholders.
