Senior Finance & HR Officer

About the role

BAMNANG is seeking a Senior Finance & HR Officer to lead financial operations and HR administration. Based in Phnom Penh, the role reports to the Management Team and works onsite, Monday to Friday with a half‑day on Saturday.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and analyze performance against budgets.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital and liquidity; provide timely financial reporting to management.
• Coordinate annual budgeting, develop forecasts and analyze variances.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and company policies.
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and fixed assets.
• Develop and improve financial, operational and administrative systems, SOPs and workflow processes.
• Strengthen internal controls, identify financial risks and support corporate governance.
• Partner with CEO, COO and senior managers to deliver profitability analysis and business performance reports.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in finance and human resources functions.
• Proven ability to manage budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax compliance and internal controls.
• Experience working closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
