Senior Customer Service – Logistics

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Service professional to act as the main liaison between our customers, internal teams, and logistics partners. You will ensure smooth order handling, shipment tracking, and issue resolution while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the logistics process.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels regarding shipments, delivery status, rates, and services.
• Process orders, bookings, and shipment documentation accurately and promptly.
• Prepare and verify logistics documents such as delivery orders, invoices, and shipment reports.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure seamless shipment flow.
• Track shipments, proactively update customers on delays or changes, and resolve complaints and claims efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer and shipment records in internal systems and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Assist the Customer Service Manager with workload allocation, act as backup when needed, and monitor vendor performance.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field (advantageous).
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping or supply chain.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, including transportation and import/export operations.
• Ability to handle customer issues professionally under pressure.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
