Procurement Manager

About the role

Peng Huoth Group is seeking a full‑time Procurement Manager to lead supplier evaluation, contract negotiation and day‑to‑day procurement activities for its property development projects in Phnom Penh. The role is on‑site and focuses on delivering cost‑effective, compliant sourcing solutions both locally and overseas.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with the business plan.
• Negotiate contracts and deals with sellers and distributors for goods and services.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain an ethical procurement stance.
• Analyse market trends to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Research and shortlist potential vendors and suppliers for material management.
• Approve purchase orders and monitor timely delivery of goods and services.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
• Coach and mentor the procurement team for functional development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement and contract management, both locally and overseas.
• Strong supplier evaluation and contract negotiation capabilities.
• Analytical mindset for data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; proficiency in English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Previous experience in the property development industry is advantageous.
