Air Logistic Operational Care Specialist

About the role

The Air Logistic Operational Care Specialist ensures that air shipments are booked, documented, and monitored accurately and on time, meeting customer expectations and transit time requirements. This role works closely with customer service, warehouse, customs and carrier partners to guarantee smooth end‑to‑end logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end shipment processes, including booking, documentation and tracking.
• Collaborate with Customer Service teams to meet specific transit time, carrier and routing requirements.
• Secure rates and capacity with approved carriers and partners.
• Ensure compliance with air transport regulations, industry standards and internal guidelines.
• Monitor shipments, manage deviations and update systems with accurate status and cost data.
• Communicate shipment status to internal teams and external partners, and escalate carrier performance issues when service levels are not met.

Required profile

• Proven experience in air logistics or freight forwarding operations.
• Strong coordination and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with transport regulations and required documentation.
• Ability to use logistics systems and tools with attention to detail.
