Sales Specialist

About the role

MEDEX CO., LTD is seeking a full‑time Sales Specialist to promote its health‑related products in Phnom Penh. You will work on‑site, building new business opportunities and nurturing existing customer relationships to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare market.
• Conduct sales visits, presentations, and product demonstrations for customers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and follow up on inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate product information.
• Deliver product training and education to clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge.
• Prepare regular sales reports and support sales strategy planning.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven sales experience with a record of meeting targets.
• Experience delivering product demonstrations and training.
• Background in sales management or coordination, including reporting.
• Relevant experience in healthcare, medical products, or related industries is an advantage.
• Ability to work on‑site in Phnom Penh and travel to customer locations.
• Organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field preferred.
