Senior Sales Executive / Assistant Account Manager (Chinese Speaking)

About the role

Avery Dennison is seeking a results‑driven Senior Sales Executive / Assistant Account Manager who is fluent in Chinese to manage and grow key accounts for its packaging and labeling solutions. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance across designated product lines and market segments.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high sales achievement for major market segments and manage existing key accounts to secure ongoing contracts.
• Identify and target new accounts, develop and implement sales strategies, and negotiate significant orders with senior customer executives.
• Conduct sales presentations, prepare proposals, and coordinate marketing initiatives for product launches and campaigns.
• Provide market feedback, update customer profiles, and collaborate with customer service to resolve issues.
• Prepare regular market updates, forecast material requirements, and develop annual sales budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of industrial sales experience.
• Solid understanding of the packaging industry, especially food and household & personal care sectors, or an established network within those markets.
• Full proficiency in English and Chinese.
• Strong presentation abilities and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
