Sales Representative – Fertilizer (Ladies First)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to promote and sell our fertilizer and agricultural products to farmers, distributors, and dealers. The role focuses on building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and achieving sales targets while supporting women in the workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell fertilizer and agricultural products to farmers, distributors, dealers, and other customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Visit farms, dealers, and agricultural areas to introduce products and provide information.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable fertilizer products based on crops and conditions.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
• Follow up on orders, payments, deliveries, and gather product feedback.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitors, pricing, and market trends.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the Sales Manager.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth product delivery and customer service.
• Participate in company events, product demonstrations, farmer meetings, and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Female candidates are encouraged to apply (Ladies First).
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Agriculture, Agronomy, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience in fertilizer, agricultural products, FMCG, or sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer‑service abilities.
• Willingness to travel to farms, provinces, and sales areas as needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Target‑oriented, responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Khmer language required; English is an advantage.
• Valid driving license preferred.
