Procurement Officer – Agricultural Drones

About the role

The Procurement Officer is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Phnom Penh. You will manage the complete procurement cycle for agricultural drones, parts and related services, ensuring timely, cost‑effective delivery while supporting the company’s innovation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify suppliers, request quotations and issue purchase orders.
• Evaluate vendor proposals, support contract negotiations and ensure compliance with budget, quality and regulatory standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate procurement records and analyse purchasing data.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to forecast procurement needs.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, track market prices and trends, and contribute to continuous improvement of procurement policies.

Required profile

• Strong procurement and purchasing experience, preferably in technology, agriculture or equipment sectors.
• Ability to create and manage purchase orders with accurate documentation.
• Experience in contract negotiation, risk management and compliance.
• Analytical skills for evaluating quotations, total cost of ownership and data‑driven decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance or related field (preferred).
• Effective communication in English and Khmer and high ethical standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic experience with ERP or procurement management systems.
