Senior Planning and Development Officer

About the role

The Senior Planning and Development Officer will support the Planning and Development Department by improving field sales practices, conducting surveys, and maintaining accurate project records across provincial sites.

Key responsibilities

• Coach provincial managers and sales agents together with the Coaching and Training Coordinator, focusing on teams that need support.
• Train new field staff on products and the company’s selling methods.
• Conduct field surveys during provincial visits, observe sales activities and identify training needs.
• Verify survey and field data, prepare documents for project reports and reviews.
• Collect customer feedback and field results to support product testing and launches.
• Record, organize and store project documents, survey forms, field reports and training materials in both paper and digital formats.
• Prepare short project summaries and presentations when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Development Studies, Project Management, Environmental Science or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in field surveys, sales support, project work or data verification.
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to check data and write clear reports.
• Good communication and coaching abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to provinces as needed.
