Technical Director – Asia Pacific

About the role

Insuco is looking for a Technical Director to lead the commercial strategy and technical roadmap for its Asia Pacific office. The role ensures technical excellence, quality compliance, and alignment with business development goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical roadmap in partnership with the Regional Director.
• Manage the Technical Department staff and serve as the primary technical reference.
• Implement monitoring tools and oversee the use of ERP and digital project‑management solutions.
• Participate in commercial strategy development and business‑intelligence activities to identify new clients and projects.
• Oversee study execution, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and conduct field missions when required.

Required profile

• Master's degree in social sciences, economics, agronomy, environment or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of successful field and project management experience in challenging environments.
• Proven ability to work in multicultural settings and handle international standards for social impact assessments.
• Strong leadership, client focus, rigor, and problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems and digital project‑management tools.
• Advanced project management expertise.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
