Sales Representative – Agriculture (Ladies First)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to promote and sell our fertilizer and agricultural products to farmers, distributors, and dealers. The role focuses on building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and achieving sales targets while encouraging female candidates to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell fertilizer and agricultural products to farmers, distributors, dealers, and other agricultural customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Visit farms, dealers, and agricultural areas to introduce products and provide information.
• Recommend suitable fertilizer products based on crops and farming conditions.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
• Follow up on orders, payments, deliveries, and collect product feedback.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitors, pricing, and market trends.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the Sales Manager.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth product delivery and customer service.
• Participate in company events, product demonstrations, farmer meetings, and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Female candidates are encouraged to apply (Ladies First).
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Agriculture, Agronomy, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Experience in fertilizer, agricultural products, FMCG or sales is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and customer‑service abilities.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and willingness to travel to farms and provinces.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Target‑oriented, responsible, proactive and eager to learn.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in Khmer; English proficiency is a plus.
• Valid driving licence preferred.
