Sales Representative – Agricultural Products

About the role

The company is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to promote its crop‑protection products across multiple provinces in Cambodia. You will work directly with agricultural distributors (depots), travel to rural areas, and help expand market presence for herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with agricultural distributors in assigned provinces.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Promote company products and support depot sales activities.
• Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor information.
• Prepare regular sales reports for the Regional Sales Manager.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English (Chinese is a plus).
• Willingness to travel frequently and work in rural environments.
• Valid driving license (advantageous).
• Professional attitude and ability to work in a team.
