Sales Officer

About the role

The Sales Officer will promote and sell residential units within The FLORA master‑planned community in Phnom Penh. You will handle customer inquiries, conduct site visits, and guide buyers through the payment and hand‑over process while delivering high‑quality service and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for houses, villas, and shophouses.
• Engage walk‑in customers, phone and online leads, providing accurate pricing, promotions and payment plan information.
• Organise and lead site visits and product presentations.
• Maintain post‑sale relationships, assisting customers with loan, payment and hand‑over stages.
• Participate in sales events, exhibitions and marketing campaigns, sharing market and competitor insights with the team.
• Follow company sales SOPs, reporting requirements and policy compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in property sales or a comparable sales role (fresh graduates with strong sales ability are welcome).
• Ability to work under pressure, meet targets and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as required by the sales schedule.

Required skills

• Strong negotiation, communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Good knowledge of property market trends and legal procedures.
• Proficiency in Khmer; English or Chinese language skills are a plus.
