Brand Executive

About the role

The Brand Executive will support and implement brand strategies that enhance Borey Rachana’s market presence and reputation. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across local and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate brand campaigns and develop marketing materials.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and external partners to align messaging.
• Monitor brand performance, gather customer insights and report findings.

Required profile

• Strong background in Brand Strategy, Brand Management, Market Research and Brand Marketing.
• Excellent communication skills for coordination with internal teams, partners and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in real estate or property development is an advantage.
• Ability to work on‑site in Phnom Penh, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Khmer and other languages is beneficial.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and familiarity with basic marketing or design tools.
