About the role
We are seeking a proactive Listing & Sales Agent to generate leads, conduct face‑to‑face meetings with potential clients, and close real‑estate transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Make cold calls to target clients and arrange face‑to‑face meetings.
- Develop and execute strategies to close deals.
- Build strong relationships with customers and property owners.
- Follow up and keep customers and owners updated.
- Identify new customers for the company.
- Attend events and expand networking opportunities.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
Required profile
- Experience in the real‑estate industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Khmer, English and Chinese is a plus.
- Friendly, honest, flexible and hard‑working attitude.
