District Supervisor

About the role

The District Supervisor ensures smooth operation of multiple retail stores, guaranteeing compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and brand standards. This role drives sales performance through trading plans, action plans, and incentive programs while supporting store teams to deliver excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor trading, action, and incentive plans with the Line Manager to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare daily and monthly quantitative and qualitative reports for all stores.
• Control store operating budgets and ensure alignment with approved annual and monthly budgets.
• Monitor store operational status, recommend improvements, and communicate policies to the retail sales team.
• Oversee inventory levels, recommend orders or stock transfers, and collaborate on store relocation, renovation, and new openings.
• Support store managers and assistant managers in maintaining high customer service standards and after‑sales service.

Required profile

• Strong background in fashion retail with proven leadership experience.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, able to multitask and work independently.
• Loyal, honest, and responsible with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Team‑player with strong teamwork abilities.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
