Branch Manager – Automotive Services

About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the Phnom Penh branch of Automotive Advance Group, overseeing daily operations and ensuring high‑quality service delivery for automotive customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and maintain efficient, high‑quality service delivery.
• Manage staff schedules, supervise performance, and provide coaching.
• Monitor sales activities, set targets, and drive local business development initiatives.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure facility standards are met.
• Develop and nurture customer relationships, handling inquiries and escalations.
• Track branch financial performance, prepare reports, and manage budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and local regulations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives and improve processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in branch or retail management, preferably in the automotive or service sector.
• Strong leadership abilities, including staff supervision, coaching, and performance management.
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑management skills, capable of resolving complex issues.
• Business development and sales acumen with experience setting targets and executing local marketing activities.
• Competence in basic financial management such as budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Organizational and problem‑solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain operational efficiency.
• Proficiency with standard office software and point‑of‑sale or inventory management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Phnom Penh and communicate effectively in English; local language proficiency is a plus.
