Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

Suntel Technology is looking for a full‑time Sales & Marketing Executive to join its Phnom Penh office. You will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives for the company’s digital products, including the bNow messaging app and upcoming telecom services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers across Cambodia.
• Conduct outreach, present product features and benefits, and close sales deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Gather market feedback, analyse trends, and collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings.
• Track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and propose ideas to increase brand awareness and revenue.

Required profile

• Experience or strong interest in market planning, market research, sales and marketing activities.
• Relevant background in technology, telecommunications or digital products is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams and adapt quickly in a fast‑changing environment.
• Proficiency in Khmer and working knowledge of English.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.
