Sales Manager – Automotive (Local Candidate)

About the role

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well‑organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to drive vehicle sales and market growth.
• Monitor individual and team performance, coach consultants, and take corrective actions when required.
• Oversee sales activities, customer follow‑up, test drives, bookings, and vehicle deliveries.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and sales performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Aftersales, Finance and other departments to ensure smooth customer service and vehicle delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive sales, with proven experience in a Sales Manager or similar leadership position.
• Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a target‑driven environment and willingness to travel for sales events.
