Sales Executive

About the role

OOCL Logistics Cambodia is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to grow its OceanPlus FCL, LCL and freight forwarding business. You will focus on garment and trading BCO customers located outside Phnom Penh, driving sales and contributing to the company’s gross contribution targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new OceanPlus FCL, LCL and freight forwarding opportunities.
• Expand sales coverage for garment and trading BCO markets beyond Phnom Penh.
• Achieve sales and gross contribution goals, targeting profit three times the salary.
• Travel up to 80% of the time to meet customers in Phnom Penh and nearby provinces.
• Make at least 40 sales calls per month and log activities daily in the sales system.
• Submit two sales leads per month to the CCP office for inbound and outbound cargoes.
• Maintain a target account list to lift at least 50 TEUs per week.
• Identify two customers per quarter for bidding and complete RFP/RFQ processes.
• Support the existing sales team as a backup.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1‑2 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in logistics.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to work both inside and outside the office for customer meetings.
• Confident and self‑motivated sales approach.
