Sales Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive with a strong FMCG background to expand our customer base, distribution network, and sales revenue in Phnom Penh. The role combines strategic prospecting with hands‑on relationship management to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, and HORECA customers.
• Develop new distribution channels and expand market coverage.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, promotions, and business agreements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on promotions and market activities.
• Prepare regular sales and business development reports for management.
• Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in FMCG sales or business development.
• Good understanding of FMCG sales and distribution channels.
• Existing network with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, or HORECA is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Proficiency in English and Khmer.
