Representative Transportation and Delivery

About the role

The Representative, Transportation and Delivery plays a crucial part in DKSH's supply chain across Cambodia, ensuring that goods reach customers safely, accurately, and on time. This position supports service excellence by managing reliable last‑mile delivery operations with efficiency and care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver goods to customers and target areas according to performance KPIs, maintaining safety and timeliness.
• Verify order accuracy before and after each drop‑off to ensure correct charges and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with loading and unloading to enable smooth vehicle turnaround.
• Provide professional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve complaints.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules to optimise efficiency and minimise cost.
• Prepare accurate delivery reports and documentation for operational transparency.
• Collect customer payments and process bank deposits in line with company procedures.
• Adhere to DKSH Freight and Transportation SOPs, upholding safety and service standards.
• Escalate any route or operational issues promptly for timely resolution.

Required profile

• Diploma or high school certificate; valid driving licence required for Samaki DC employees.
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar transportation and delivery role.
• Working knowledge of distribution centre operations and transportation processes.
• Physically fit and able to perform demanding delivery tasks consistently.
• Hardworking with strong punctuality and disciplined approach to daily responsibilities.
