Driver Transportation & Delivery

About the role

The Driver, Transportation and Delivery ensures DKSH's products reach customers across Cambodia safely, on time and in full. This role directly supports service reliability and customer satisfaction through efficient, compliant delivery operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers and designated target areas safely and on time, consistently meeting performance KPIs.
• Ensure full compliance with Cambodia traffic law and DKSH safety standards across all driving activities.
• Monitor traffic and weather conditions proactively to anticipate disruptions and maintain reliable delivery schedules.
• Provide professional, courteous, and responsive service at every drop‑off point.
• Maintain the cleanliness and roadworthiness of assigned vehicles through regular checks and timely reporting of defects.
• Utilize navigation applications to plan and optimise delivery routes, adjusting in real time to avoid congestion or construction.
• Operate a variety of vehicles, including motorbikes, cars, and trucks, to meet varying delivery requirements.
• Follow DKSH Freight and Transportation SOPs and promptly report any route or operational issues.

Required profile

• High school certificate or equivalent and a valid driving licence.
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar transportation and delivery role.
• Working knowledge of distribution centre operations and transportation processes.
• Physically fit and able to perform demanding delivery tasks consistently.
• Hardworking, punctual and disciplined in daily responsibilities.
