Assistant Distribution Center Operations

About the role

The Assistant Distribution Center Operations supports DKSH’s warehouse and distribution activities, ensuring goods are received, stored and dispatched efficiently and accurately. The role contributes to supply‑chain performance by maintaining safety, compliance and operational excellence within the distribution centre.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all warehouse activities follow DKSH Standard Operating Procedures and company policies to maintain consistency and compliance.
• Optimize daily warehouse space to enable smooth receipt of new shipments.
• Unload incoming containers, verify quantities and batch/expiry details, and put away goods to designated storage locations.
• Execute pick‑and‑pack operations according to FIFO and FEFO principles to preserve product quality and traceability.
• Participate in cycle stock counts with cross‑functional teams to keep inventory accurate and support business reporting.
• Contribute to efficient picking through teamwork and disciplined process adherence.
• Uphold 5S, workplace safety and security standards at all times.
• Perform administrative and coordination tasks as required.

Required profile

• High school certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Working knowledge of distribution centre operations, distribution and transportation processes.
• Proven hands‑on experience in warehousing, inventory management and pick‑and‑pack functions.
